The Richmond Stitchdown - Black Rambler (618) Wide

This is our plain cap toe boot pattern called the Richmond. Our Richmond models as of May 2025 will be built with a double upper leather cap toe design. One may perhaps think of this as an Allen pattern with an added extra layer of upper leather over the toebox for the cap toe, as opposed to simply joining the vamp leather to a single piece of cap toe leather.
This Richmond model is made with Rambler leather from the famous Charles F. Stead tannery in their Black colorway. Rambler leather will have natural scars, veining, imperfections and some texture variation from pair to pair. No two pairs will look exactly the same.
Our build focuses on enhanced breath-ability and shock absorption in a more natural way by using leather components. Additional build information along with cutaways can be found under our Craft + Build section.
